What is the VIP Car Club?
The VIP Car Club offers exclusive membership options for car enthusiasts in County Durham, providing tailored vehicle detailing services to keep your car in top condition.

Is there a minimum contract period for membership?
Membership is flexible, and we don’t require a long-term commitment. You can choose to renew your membership monthly.

What if my visit is rescheduled due to bad weather?
The weather is out of our control, however, we will do our best to get you booked back in as soon as possible. 

Can I customise my membership package?
Yes, we offer flexibility in our packages. If you have any special requests or additional services you'd like, please reach out to us and we’ll work with you to tailor your experience.

What if I need to skip a month?
That is completely fine, we understand life gets in the way. Let us know as soon as possible and we can reschdule your visits.

Can I upgrade my membership?
Memberships can be upgraded at any time, just let us know.

Do you offer any discounts for multiple cars?
Yes, we do offer discounts for multiple vehicles. If you’re looking to join the VIP Car Club for more than one car, contact us to discuss the best package options.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, our VIP members enjoy priority booking, but we recommend booking your service in advance to secure your spot.

Other services can be agreed upon request.

We do require a nearby power socket we can run our power extension lead from.

*There may be an additional charge for stain removal, excessive dirt, pet hair removal and bad odour removal. Please advise before booking a package so additional time can be allocated to complete work to our high standards
